My first release ever, this was my first time incorporating my own violin recordings, piano, singing, and rapping into one piece that was a cathartic release of intense emotions. I had a lot of fun with this one, just letting the project run its course without having a plan. It started off as a song, and quickly turned into a rap where I discussed heavy feelings through poetry - and I feel truly proud to release something that is so authentically me through a challenging time in my life.
